Pros I like that Amazon Pay is simple and easy to use. I mostly use it for payments, shopping and recharges. The payment process is fast and I can easily check my past transactions. Cashback offers and UPI support are also helpful. Cons There is nothing major I dislike about Amazon Pay. Sometimes the offers are less and cashback rewards are not available for every payment. Improving customer support speed can make it better. Switched from [PhonePe Payment Gateway](https://www.capterra.com/p/10027485/PhonePe-Payment-Gateway/) I switched because Amazon Pay was easier for me to use and it was already connected with my Amazon account. It's been my most used wallet for over 4 years now, and I love the convenience, speed and security that it offers Pros Amazon Pay is quick, nearly fail-proof and very easy to use. Plus it offers tons of cashback, especially if you own a Amazon Pay co-branded card or are a Prime member. Cons It does not allow you to use Amazon Pay balance to make partial payments. Having to recharge the wallet inline during a transaction is an additional step and if I don't have sufficient balance in my Amazon Pay wallet then I would rather pay the balance with my saved card.
