I have really got a lot of cashbacks, which was unexpected for me as the % of cashback is higher as compared to others. It saves time and works smoothly most of the time. Pros I like that Amazon Pay is simple and easy to use. I mostly use it for payments, shopping and recharges. The payment process is fast and I can easily check my past transactions. Cashback offers and UPI support are also helpful. Cons There is nothing major I dislike about Amazon Pay. Sometimes the offers are less and cashback rewards are not available for every payment. Improving customer support speed can make it better.
