Firstlanguage implemented AI chatbot for our store. They setup the Chatbot on time and support from them was top notch.... they also included Sentiment Analysis which is not part of the chatbot software but extended with FristLanguage API

The time when I came across FirstLanguage, I was working on developing a multilingual NLP based prediction model for one of the largest private sector Bank in India. We were using Azure's APIs then. I can assure you FirstLanguage APIs are neck-to-neck with Azure's API at a fractional cost. Also, the customer support is amazing!

Pros

The API is well structured and easy to use. It supports a plethora of languages which is very critical in Indian context. It has a very powerful and deep understanding of the language. And for what it costs - it's a steal deal. I've personally had the chance to test this API very extensively and I can say I am very impressed by the accuracy and the ease of use.

Cons

Will surely let you all know once I find anything I dislike in this API.
