Pros

Mayday est un logiciel vraiment performant, avec une interface très claire et très complète. J'adore son éditeur de texte enrichi et ses fonctions (listes déroulantes, infobulles...). Et l'atout majeur pour moi : les évolutions régulières qui enrichissent en permanence l'outil.

Cons

Il y a un an j'aurais pu émettre encore des réserves en raison de certaines lacunes, mais les évolutions régulières ont largement comblé ces lacunes !

Dans l'ensemble , le logiciel est très facile d'utilisation que ce soit au niveau de l'implémentation mais aussi pour l'utilisation quotidienne des recherches.

Pros

La simplicité de recherche par des mots clés. Les enregistrements de fiche qui sont automatique. Les envois d'alertes pour les nouvelles procédures et les nouvelles ponctuelles. La possibilité d'échange avec les feedbacks.

Cons

Devoir retranscrire des PDF pour que la recherche par mots clés soit fonctionnelle. L'impossibilité de faire une recherche par mot clés ,sur le coté administrateur, pour aller directement dans la fiche concerné sanas passer par le menu.

J'utilise Mayday pour créer les bases de connaissances de départ pour nos clients puis je passe ensuite le relai à un collaborateur en production pour les faire évoluer et les mettre à jour.

Pros

L'ergonomie de la plateforme, les rendus côté collaborateurs, le fait de rendre vivante et collaborative les bases de connaissances : les taux d'utilisation sont la preuve d'un engouement des utilisateur et d'une vraie raison d'être dans leur quotidien.

Cons

Aujourd'hui, j'ai vraiment besoin de simplifier les transferts / migrations des contenus que je commence généralement sur notre base école (afin de ne pas remettre en cause les délais des chantiers formation) pour ensuite devoir tout recopier manuellement : c'est fastidieux et fait perdre du temps. Par ailleurs, je n'ai pas encore pu tirer le moindre bénéfice des fonctions IA côté administrateur.

Nous sommes ravis d'être passés sur Mayday et avons fait un gros boulot de tri de l'info avant de le publier à nos différents personae (équipes ops en interne / clients / les clients de nos clients). Nos clients sont ravis : l'info est accessible, bien présentée, ils sont heureux de pouvoir nous faire des feedbacks pour améliorer continuellement les contenus. La prise en main de l'outil est facile, on est très bien accompagnés. Il nous manque encore quelques fonctionnalités pour adopter complètement le produit mais les équipes sont ultra réactives et très à l'écoute de nos difficultés.

Pros

\- L'accompagnement CSM - La réactivité des équipes en interne pour faire évoluer le produit - La simplicité de rédaction d'articles pour la FAQ - La vision du Knowledge management ,- Les statistiques de consultation et de recherches - La recherche sur Mayday desk - La fonction de feedbacks

\- L'UX design qui manque d'intuitivité parfois - Le cloisonnement des bases de connaissance - Les fonctionnalités avancées de recherches présentes dans le desk ne sont pas présentes pour nos clients finaux en embedded - le manque de synchronisation entre plusieurs sources d'infos - le hub de tâches qui n'est pas encore três facile à utiliser quand on est plusieurs à gérer les feedbacks et les contenus obsolètes

Mayday offre de larges possibilités pour organiser au mieux notre knowledge interne ce qui facilite grandement l'utilisation pour nos équipes concernées. Création de contenu, maintenance et la possibilité de travail collaboratif sur la plateforme est très satisfaisant.

Cons

Quelques bugs car la plateforme était encore récente, mais les équipes ont toujours été très réactive et à l'écoute de nos remontées.
