We manage 12 camper rentals, and before switching, keeping up with bookings, availability, customer information, and payments was becoming increasingly difficult as we grew. BookingCentral has simplified the entire process and made our lives exponentially easier. The platform is user-friendly for both us and our customers, keeps everything organized, and has helped streamline our operations so we can focus on providing a great rental experience instead of managing spreadsheets and paperwork. As our fleet continues to grow, having a reliable booking system is essential, and BookingCentral has exceeded our expectations. Cons

I would love for the system to be able to calculate mileage by putting in an actual address. This seems like an easy fix. Hopefully this feature will be added soon!

Booking Central has been a game changer for us! We were using a color coded spreadsheet in addition to our old software to keep track of where we could fit people in on busy days. Booking Central has a calendar view that saves us. We shopped a BUNCH of software systems before choosing Booking Central, and one of the big draws was their team. They listen, they are responsive, they are helpful, and they have multiple times added features for us that we have needed. They are great and we are so happy with them!

Pros

Booking Central is very easy to use, and their team is very responsive. The calendar view where we can see available slots is super helpful.

Cons

Not a lot of cons. There are features we'd like to see, but have full confidence that they'll be added - the team behind Booking Central is awesome.

Great, as I stated before, we love the product. It works for us and is customizable to our watercraft needs.

Pros

What I like most about Booking Central is the ease of use and how it handles all of our needs. Customer Support is #1. If we have any issues, we can get them squared away quickly.

Cons

Currently, we have no issues with the app. We are working on a way to add our drivers to the calendar to improve scheduling.

It has been awesome! Whenever I have an issue \[sensitive content hidden\] responds right away and always takes care of the issue! They are super helpful and are always updating the system. They just came out with an app that we are super excited to implement!

Pros

When we first opened up we liked how supportive they were with the setup and how easy it was to use!

Cons

The reports take sometime to understand and sometimes don’t allow the breakdown I would like but you still get along of information.

Excellent. Support staff has always been available for any support issues and questions that we had when we first implemented the platform.

Pros

This streamline platform works out perfect for our golf cart rental company. Texting the customer, fleet management, digital waivers, and inspections, all on one platform.

Cons

We have not had any issues or cons with the platform. Anytime we have had an issue it has been minor, and it’s been just getting ourselves familiarized with the new platform.

The customer support has been great over the years. If we have suggestions on how to improve the software, they listen and usually come up with a solution. I love that our business has gown with Booking Central over the years.

Cons

Not too many things to complain about Booking Central. I wish the CC companies would sync better with BC, so in the event of a declined card, it would reflect in BC.

Overall it's been a good experience, and has definitely helped our business to be able to quickly and easily take care of our bookings.

Pros

Being a very small company, that's just starting out, I liked the fact that Booking Centrals pricing was a percentage, instead of huge monthly costs. They have been very quick to address issues or questions I've had, and overall have been great to deal with.

Cons

The platform is a bit clunky to use, and it's hard to figure out where to go to change various settings. That being said, they will also change things for you if you ask, so it's not really an issue.

Friendly business with a lot of heart that really catered to a tourist mentality. To be well scheduled before arrival would be enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation tour package.

Pros

The pricing often presents great values for tour admissions to seek group discount by a rather small group can be joined with a larger group. The second or third group to book on a schedule already set will often get the best discount.

Cons

Multiple payments for personalized tour package are often confusing as to which fee are covered and not to feel like double paying would be an improvement. Or like usual, regarding in doubt, tip more to represent gratitude.

The schedule format to directly bookable while easy to compare with similar offers to show clearly the discrepancy to present honesty always best value since scheduling honest all the way honestly.
