We shopped a BUNCH of software systems before choosing Booking Central, and one of the big draws was their team. They listen, they are responsive, they are helpful, and they have multiple times added features for us that we have needed. They are great and we are so happy with them! Pros Being a very small company, that's just starting out, I liked the fact that Booking Centrals pricing was a percentage, instead of huge monthly costs. They have been very quick to address issues or questions I've had, and overall have been great to deal with. Cons The platform is a bit clunky to use, and it's hard to figure out where to go to change various settings. That being said, they will also change things for you if you ask, so it's not really an issue. To be well scheduled before arrival would be enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation tour package. Pros The pricing often presents great values for tour admissions to seek group discount by a rather small group can be joined with a larger group. The second or third group to book on a schedule already set will often get the best discount. Cons Multiple payments for personalized tour package are often confusing as to which fee are covered and not to feel like double paying would be an improvement. Or like usual, regarding in doubt, tip more to represent gratitude.
