It is comprehensive program that is easy to process data and out capital investors can access when needed.

Pros

Considering we have 80% capital investors on our deals, I needed to be able to provide a portal that my investors can access anytime.

Cons

Some minor learning curves for a few of our investors, but that is wiser issue so I can’t think of anything.

Worst SaaS I've worked with, borderline scam. Overpromise and underdeliver. Incredibly rude staff when you show you are not happy. They blame you and ask you to claim responsibility for the contract you signed and refuse cancellation and a refund is out of the question.

Pros

Great sales pitch and concept Zero delivery, team or support This is definitely something I would use if the company cared about their customers and gave support which they did not. I dealth with 5 account reps who I've had to explain my business to 5 times and by the time you finish the 30 minutes is over and you have to book another call which takes 1-2 weeks.

Cons

Get ready to call your bank and cancel their charges because they wont. Deceptive practices 30 min max apt 2 week lead time You're paying the whole time with zero value basically waiting for your next appointment, oh but then surprise, you have a new account rep who you have to spend your 30 minute meeting that you waited for 1-2 weeks to get. Impossible to get onboarded or get help from staff. Email replies take about 1-2 days but are not useful or helpful they are just funneling you into a zoom meeting which has proved to be a waste of time over and over again.

Overall it's been good to use. Its user friendly and any questions I have are answered in a quick and clear manner.

Pros

Product is pretty easy to use. The customer service is quite good, they are usually pretty responsive.

Cons

There are still some glitches in the software, sometimes I'll get rerouted to the home page. Under transactions, there are way to many different options that are too similar in title which could be confusing.

I find agora beneficial for tracking investors positions and allowing the investors to be involved by seeing each and every transaction as well as providing them a portal available 24/7 which includes all their relevant documents and data.

Pros

The ability to manage every aspect of the investment as well as the investors schedule under one software.

Cons

The Documents section still requires improvement.

Agora has greatly helped us improve our customer relations and reporting. Tax documents are handled in a much more secure manner than before. I'm looking forward to seeing what the software grows in to.

Pros

Amazing support. Customers love it. Mostly simplified deal subscription flow. Forward-thinking executive team. Constantly improving and pushing the envelope on what this kind of software should provide.

Cons

Lack of API and webhooks makes integrating fully with our workflows impossible. Not sure if anyone really has this. Can be a bit buggy and not everything is logged.

Our experience with Agora has been fantastic. Our onboarding partner, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], has been amazing! She knows the product very well and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Pros

The user interface of the software is very clean and organized, which allows our investors to clearly see their investment profile(s) and easily keep track of their investment capital account. I also love how customizable the software is and how easy it was to deploy.

Cons

Overall, the product is great. A few things I would like to see added/modified. 1) The ability to upload investor contact information/details into the CRM via Excel. This will help with time management from an admin perspective. 2) I would love to see the 'documents' section be modified to have a more folder-like structure 3) I know the product team is on it but the ability to calculate waterfall returns in the system rather than inputting a number and having an offline schedule doing the math.
