It has helped us dramatically during this Work-from-home culture where we have employees scattered around all working remote. While we use Microsoft Teams to stay engaged, we don't always really know how our employees really feel about a topic and now we do!

Pros

The pulse capability is the easiest way to engage our employees in a lightweight way. We have setup a rhythm for sending out pulses and employees and our contractors love the quick interaction and ability to provide honest feedback.

Cons

Would love to see more reporting beyond the basic that is there today.
