We want to go with digital transformation and HRCOM is a great digital solution, saved time and reduced paper usage and I made my team help me manage the candidates until the right person was hired.

Pros

Sourcing, pipeline, monitoring, offer, contract, interviews, integrations, tracking, saving time, paperless, yes those thing make the process more easier than you imagine
