Aspire Systems's HRMS Employee Self Service Application (eQuipMe HR Mobile suite app) allows employees to manage profile information, view training updates, compensation details, performance history, conduct performance evaluation, and manage appraisal process. They can also simplify absence creation on a ‘Team Calendar’ so they don’t overlap with team mates. The app also deploys a chatbot for employees to search for policies, FAQs, enter quick leaves, and view leave balance.
