Pros I find the interface to be simple and user-friendly, and I can do everything I need to do easily: track my time, tell the program what specific task I'm doing, and categorize by project and client. I’m currently a consultant with a small client list, so I often wonder how Toggl will fair when I eventually scale up and have more clients to manage, but I plan on using Toggl as long as I can! Pros I love that I can easily track my time between the Chrome plug-in and the Toggl app. The interface is easy to use and I’ve been able to reliably track time spent on projects and bulk clients accordingly. Cons I’d really like to be able to edit invoices within Toggl after saving them, instead of having to delete the whole invoice and create a new one. Also, it was a little tricky to figure out how to set different billing amounts for projects, but once I figured it out everything else ran smoothly. Review Source KG Katie G. Pros I like the free plan and every feature that come for free. Cons I don't like that you can only run one timer at a time. I would like to be able to run at least two timers at once. I've been using the free plan on and off for personal projects for more than 5 years and it is an incredibly robust and well thought out app. I have rarely felt anything but ease when using it. Pros I love the way it allows users to set up projects, link them to clients and add further granularity when tracking time, with tasks and tags. The reports that are generated as a result really offer a clear insight. I use the free plan for freelance projects and even that is feature rich! Cons Since I use it for freelance projects, I find the notification to track time kind of annoying as they're not relevant to me.
