I sue it mainly for comparables on other properties that I am discussing with buyers and sellers. Pros It is very good for commercial real estate where most properties are rentals such as retail, industrial and offices. The search function with town and then entering a scrolling map is good as well and easy to see/follow. Cons Its not great for leisure properties in terms of finding specific uses.
