Overall my experience with Uncat is positive. The platform helps simplify bookkeeping tasks and reduce time spent on uncategorized transactions. It offers good value for money, useful firm management features and secure connectivity with accounting system. The learning curve can take some time initially, but once set up properly, the workflow becomes much faster and more organized.

Uncat saves much time during bookkeeping and transaction cleanup. This platform makes categorizing and uncategorized transation faster and more organized. It is easy to connect with accounting system, offers useful customization features and inproves firm management by reducing repetitive manual work for accounting and finance team.

Cons

Some customization options are limited in certain areas and occasional syncing delay with connected accounting platforms can slow down the work.

So with my overall experience (depending on the person though) it was easy and very useful for me to use for my benefit and to grow from. I had no major issues so I think this company is great !

Pros

I can say I am impressed by the automated tracking feature from this app. it lets its users capture and categorize spendings through mobile and online web applications, making it so much easier to track spending right away.

Cons

their basic plan has short list of limited features, which in my personal opinion is gonna be difficult and not so easy for company to grow from.

Uncat has cut down a lot of time that was previously being wasted on back-and-forth with clients, unclear systems and a lack of process.

Pros

The streamlined process and efficiency that is gained since employing Uncat's services, along with pricing.

Cons

Uncat's overall UI could use some work. While user friendly, it is not intuitive, and I feel like it takes a lot of practice to learn fully.

It’s been a real time-saver for bookkeeping. Makes client communication way less painful. Not fancy, but super practical.

Pros

Super easy to collect missing info from clients. No more chasing people over email — they just get a link, fill stuff in, done. Saves sooo much back-and-forth.

Cons

UI could use a bit of polish, feels a little plain. Also wish there were more integrations, but it gets the job done.

Overall my experience with this has been very positive. It ability to integrate with accounting software is smooth and the interface is intuitive for both accountants and clients.

Pros

It efficiently simplifies the process of collecting missing transaction details from client. Its integration with other platform like Quickbooks and Xero makes it incredibly easy to sync data. Its easy to use interface ensures minimal training is required. Its ability to automate reminder and client friendly portal significantly reduce manual follow-ups.

Cons

Its customization has very limited option. The reporting feature could be more robust for deeper insights.
