Pros

It integrates very seamlessly with Quickbooks. I love the fact I can categorize right from the dashboard and it carries over into the accounting software.

Cons

Not a fan of the color schemes. Each line alternates colors and it makes it hard on the eyes at times.

Pros

No really they read and respond to emails. I had an issue to begin trial. They really helped me individually I recommend.

Cons

Cost Why do we have to sugar coat everything More words does not mean more helpful. Maybe I need to use some buzz words also.

Fantastic. Honest people to work with.

Pros

I have had a dozen or so outstanding questions that a client hadn't gotten back to me on for MONTHS. Once I started using Uncat my clients answered my questions within a week. It's easy for them and it takes the nagging off my plate. 10/10 recommended.

Cons

It's a little difficult to install with QB desktop, but Uncat support was very willing to work with me to get it straightened out.

Reason for choosing Uncat

There is nothing like this out there! Uncat tapped in to a VERY niche market that was very much needed. And I very much appreciate it! lol

The uploading of receipts and the ease of categorizing expenses has been super helpful.

Cons

We were using a different software so with anything new you have to get use to it.

Pros

I really like how easy this software is to use! It is really straight forward for the user and allows me to work closely with my bookkeeper so that I don’t hold them up with my accounting.

Cons

There were a couple technical bugs while I was using the software on my mobile device (content I wrote would disappear if not saved immediately) but it wasn’t anything that wasn’t manageable.

Pros

Very easy to use and get going. The interface is very intuitive, so there was very minimal training needed for my clients.

Cons

It's very minor, but I couldn't select the Uncat Account when adding a new user within a client. I had to choose "Uncategorized Expense" and then once the user was created, I could edit the selection to what I wanted.

Pros

No more spreadsheets and long winded emails to the client regarding items in "suspense." User friendly.

Cons

I think this products works really well with QuickBooks Online but has its shortcomings when utilized with the desktop version. It took me a bit to work out the kinks with the desktop version but support was very helpful.

Pros

I like that you can easily classify all your uncategorized transactions quickly. Once you are good with it, it just syncs over automatically and you are done, and you never have to touch quickbooks.

Cons

There are a few bugs still in the software, and overall function of it, but for the price, I can't complain too much about that.
