Makes my job easy. Less members needed to maintain sheets. Data is accessible from anywhere , not restricted to desk. Integrations are top notch and best part is it is affordably priced in comparison to it's competitors.

Pros

A brilliant digital replacement to manual book keeping and managing uncategorized data efficiently. Plenty of seamless integration options available like xero, quickbooks. Quite affordable making it a hit amongst small businesses. They have mobile device compatibility as well, so you can conveniently access the expense sheets from anywhere.

Cons

Customization might have limitations as so far we have used quickbooks for our organization, not sure how well does it integrate with similar tools.

After using Uncat our organization feels that accounting less stressed and aswell as our productivity has also increased. I feel after using Uncat it has increased our organizations efficiency.

Pros

The most I would say It saves our organizations time,and it is affordable that is more important. Uncat is easy to use and the level of support is also good. The knowledge base part is much supportive too.

Cons

I don't think that there are disadvantages about Uncat, I feel that at beginning I had some difficulties in finding the shortest options for making some detailed reports.

Pros

It helped me to fix my uncategorised transactions and because of uncat's user friendly interface I was able to easily track my expenses.

Cons

May be the pricing. They can add more features to the existing pricing categories or they can reduce the price little bit

The user interface is streamlined and organized. I am a visual/word person so I would like if there were words instead of icons, but I have been able to figure it out just the same. And I love the alerts! I need those bc I tend to put off accounting tasks... :)

I would like if once items were saved, they were still visible.

Without such an ingenuous integration with QuickBooks Online, an unattended GUI and a clever system of transactions Uncat won't be able to perform its' task of making the business just run smoothly.At that time I was occupied as a marketing and sales specialist at Guardians of IT, Uncat managed to save me a lot of time which otherwise would have been spent on syncing client notes and receipts.It has contributed in my day-to-day operations by giving me more hours for active advisory roles, improving customer service by providing a prompt financial reports as well as value-added analytical insights for decision makers. Numerically speaking, the time spent on transactional management decreased 30%, accuracy and satisfaction levels benefited from a 25% increase and jumped up by 15 percents. In summary Unat had great influence on productivity, accuracy and satisfaction of clients is a clearly noticeable one.
