Cons We have missed a tag feature on Uncat, we think that will save a huge amount of time. Pros Uncat is very easy to use, our clients find it easy to use, approving transactions is very simple, it allows for document attachment and messaging in relation to individual transactions, the dashboard makes it easy to see what clients need attention, client notes are added directly to the description that syncs back to Quickbooks. I couldn't get into my account because of that. Uncat responded quickly and everything was great. So far I am so excited about adding this to my tech stack. Pros Integrations is seamless. Support is wonderful. And it makes the client accountable for getting me what I need to support them effortlessly and without continually extracting and sending Excel Worksheets to them only to get lost in email. I can still move on with my tasks without waiting for information. Cons I'm not sure there is anything yet. Some of the options are still unclear to me, but I haven't had the opportunity to go through all of the training videos yet. I am sure there are features I can still take advantage of. I do have some very small clients not in QBO. Ideally I would like to be able to still use Uncat for them so that all my client questions are in one place.
