September 6, 2022 5.0 I've had an excellent experience with Uncat. It's great for clean-up and catch-up clients who have tons of transactions that need to be explained and categorized. I use this with all of my clients. Pros What I like most is the ease of use and simplicity of this software. Clients are able hit the ground running with their Uncategorized transactions without much direction from me. Cons I do feel that more complex clients who use job costing are sometimes unable to use Uncat. For example, many times I want to choose a job but I can only choose a customer. Pros Uncat solves the biggest bottleneck accountants face when working with monthly/quarterly clients. Rather than create/organize/send spreadsheets every month to clients, everything is done seamlessly in one platform. We save an unbelievable amount of time on our end, and everything is simple on the client's end too. Cons Not exactly a con, but it took a few weeks to get used to the platform and updating/saving changes as I made them. After using it a few times, it became second nature. Pros There are many things to like about the Uncat software, but the three things that stand out the most to me are the database, the data transfer, and the overall user-friendliness of the interface. I also liked the way that they were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their clients and customers were happy. Cons There aren't many things that I didn't like about Uncat.
