## What is Qtis?

Qtis (Quick Tracking Information System) is an investigation management system that provides a computerized system which replaces the need for investigators to store the information they uncover through their investigations in RMS supplemental reports, spreadsheets, sticky notes, and white boards. More than a place to store information, Qtis helps investigators "connect the dots" linking people, places, and things and convey the information to fellow investigators and others with a need to know.

I found it very easy to import the voter roll. Before, I would have worked with spreadsheets to organize and sort the data, but with Qtis I import the data and sort/filter the information to maximize my limited resources.

Pros

Qtis helped me focus my efforts to meet a deadline to get my petition signatures submitted on time.

Cons

For smaller jurisdictions, the price might be more of a challenge than a larger jurisdiction.

Since the beginning, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were very in tune with the software solution I was looking for. They not only listened and understood the business needs, but delivered a timely product for my team. The whole team did a great job developing the platform we needed and addressing any issues that came up.

Pros

They have a great product, it's intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

It would be nice if they had integration with products like CLEAR or LexisNexis.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], his team and qtis have went above and beyond to help our company customize our portal exactly how we needed it. By doing this, they have taken our workload and streamlined it so that we can work cases more efficiently and effectively. I would recommend qtis to anyone needing to streamline their workload and have a one stop shop for secure cloud storage, cases, file transferring, etc. Thanks QTIS!

Pros

This software allows me to share files with clients in a secure manner. It allows me to assign investigations to my investigators. It allows me to track cases, times and expenses. It is a one stop shop for me and my team.

Cons

None at this time. Any questions I've had, their customer service is quick to get back to me with resolutions.

My experience has been great. The Qtis team is there to assist and support whatever and whenever the need arises.

Pros

The flexibility, powerful data capture, and it's endless ability to interlink/crosslink data during complex investigations to surface insights and uncover evidence.

Cons

There was a decent learning curve, but that's true of competitors. The import was very slow until recently when Qtis came out with a new importing engine. Now it's quite fast.
