Before, I would have worked with spreadsheets to organize and sort the data, but with Qtis I import the data and sort/filter the information to maximize my limited resources. Pros Qtis helped me focus my efforts to meet a deadline to get my petition signatures submitted on time. Cons For smaller jurisdictions, the price might be more of a challenge than a larger jurisdiction. The whole team did a great job developing the platform we needed and addressing any issues that came up. Pros They have a great product, it's intuitive and easy to use. Cons It would be nice if they had integration with products like CLEAR or LexisNexis. Pros This software allows me to share files with clients in a secure manner. It allows me to assign investigations to my investigators. It allows me to track cases, times and expenses. The Qtis team is there to assist and support whatever and whenever the need arises. Pros The flexibility, powerful data capture, and it's endless ability to interlink/crosslink data during complex investigations to surface insights and uncover evidence. Cons There was a decent learning curve, but that's true of competitors. The import was very slow until recently when Qtis came out with a new importing engine. Now it's quite fast.
