Pros Ainda pretendemos explorar melhor os outros recursos do produto, no entanto, o recurso integrador com outras ferramentas através do protocolo Radius do Authfy tem se revelado muito eficiente para tratar o contexto de autenticação em sistemas corporativos com credenciais de acesso em diferentes formatos. Neste contexto, o Authfy poderá ser utilizado como uma camada de abstração para autenticação em sistemas distintos, independente do formato do login do usuário. Cons Não creio que seja um recurso que falte, mas precisamos entender melhor como o Authfy pode nos auxiliar em processos de autenticação segura e MFA em contexto de Callcenters (escalas de trabalho distintas, compartilhamento de hardware entre turnos de trabalho, evitar não repúdio de atividades nestas operações, etc.).
