Abbiamo utilizzato questo prodotto per circa 2 anni e poi siamo passati ad altro. Purtroppo non è di facile utilizzo per figure aziendali che non sono contabili. Le personalizzazioni sono molto costose e spesso non risolvono il problema per cui sono state richieste. Il servizio di assistenza è carente e non al livello del costo del prodotto.

Software e servizi annessi costosi. Se non sei un contabile è di difficile utilizzo per le altre figure aziendali.

Abbiamo utilizzato Mago per 2 anni ed è un ottimo prodotto gestionale e contabile. Purtroppo, per aziende che hanno altre esigenze oltre a quelle contabili, risulta un pò limitato e vanno aggiunti moduli esterni non completamente integrati nel sistema. Noi svogliamo molte assistenze tecniche e il modulo che ci hanno proposto per gestirle è molto costoso, limitato, non in tempo reale e non dotato di App mobile.

Pros

stabilità e funzionalità contabili e amministrative complete, multi azienda e multi utente, modulare.

Cons

Purtroppo per gestire le assistenze tecniche non esiste un modulo integrato nel gestionale.

Siamo passati dal nostro vecchio software gestionale aziendale a Mago, in quanto consigliato dal nostro commercialista. Il prodotto è sicuramente un buon software contabile, ma carente in molti aspetti che non riguardano la contabilità. Abbiamo chiesto di collegarlo al nostro E-Commerce e ci hanno proposto dei preventivi esorbitanti. Abbiamo fatto prima a cambiare software e trovarne uno che già si integrava con il nostro E-Commerce.

Pros

stabilità e funzionalità complete, buona gestione della contabilità ordinaria e delle fatturazione, aspetto grafico intuitivo e semplice.

Cons

il servizio di assistenza è molto lento nelle risposte e il prodotto è costoso rispetto a molte altre soluzioni che si trovano nel mercato.

Abbiamo utilizzato Mago per circa 1 anno è un prodotto stabile e completo. Abbiamo cercato di aggiungere alcune funzioni personalizzate o di chiedere l'integrazione con moduli esterni, ma ci hanno proposto costi proibitivi per una piccola e media impresa. Il servizio di assistenza non è tra i migliori. Tempi di risposta lunghi e non è disponibile un servizio di assistenza telefonica.

Prodotto molto stabile e senza bug, contabilità da studio professionale, molti automatismi e funzionalità

Cons

Troppo complesso da configurare e utilizzare per chi non ha conoscenze contabili. Adatto forse più per commercialisti che per aziende.

Abbiamo utilizzato MagoCloud per circa 2 anni, è un buon prodotto, stabile ed affidabile.Peccato che il software e i servizi di assistenza associati sono molto costosi rispetto ai prezzi di mercato.Abbiamo cercato di implementare modifiche ed integrazioni con sistemi esterni, ma i preventivi avevano dei prezzi esagerati. Alla fine abbiamo optato per altro software gestionale.

Abbiamo utilizzato Mago per anni ed è sempre stato un software completo, stabile ed affidabile.Tuttavia le nostre esigenze sono cambiate nel corso del tempo e abbiamo chiesto delle integrazioni su moduli mancanti e non presenti. Il prezzo proposto è stato molto elevato e fuori mercato rispetto ad altri prodotti che hanno queste funzionalità già implementate, abbiamo quindi valutato di cambiare software.

Pros

Stabilità e affidabilità, aspetto grafico e velocità di utilizzo, completezza delle funzioni contabili e amministrative.

Cons

Mancanza di un modulo specifico per la gestione delle assistenze tecniche. Servizio di assistenza costoso e con meccanismo a ticket. No servizio di assistenza telefonica.

Abbiamo utilizzato Mago per alcuni anni. Purtroppo con il tempo molte delle nostre esigenze che sono emerse dovevano essere coperte con programmi esterni che comunicano con Mago, ma che non sono completamente integrati. Questo ha portato ad un aumento dei costi non corrisposto con un aumento della efficienza e produttività aziendale. Da un punto di vista contabile è un ottimo software, ma in una azienda non si fa solo contabilità e fatturazione.

Pros

Funzionalità contabili ottime e da studio contabile, completezza di alcune funzioni, possibilità di utilizzarlo in multi azienda e multi utente.

Cons

Costoso e manca di funzionalità essenziali per l'assistenza tecnica, il CRM, l'E-Commerce che devono essere integrate con software esterni. Il servizio di assistenza fornito e a pacchetti a pagamento e le risposte non sono sempre immediate.

Dopo averlo utilizzato per alcuni anni, abbiamo deciso di cambiarlo e passare ad altro fornitore. Il software è macchinoso e inutilmente complesso, soprattutto per le figure non contabili. Il servizio di assistenza non è incluso nel prezzo del prodotto, ma si deve pagare profumatamente a parte acquistando dei pacchetti. Avendo la necessità di integrare altre funzioni quali l'assistenza tecnica e il CRM, ci sono stati proposti software di altri produttori che comunicano con Mago, cosa non gradita in quanto poco efficiente.

Pros

E' un programma completo, dato che è sul mercato da molti anni e la stabilità è sicuramente il suo forte. Assenza di bug e contabilità da studio contabile.

Cons

Troppo complesso da utilizzare per realtà aziendali, aspetto grafico obsoleto. Per ogni funzione che va al di là della gestione contabile e aziendale standard è necessario integrare software esterni. Prezzi troppo alti per i servizi offerti.
