We're able to create and operationalize highly-customized dashboards for our specific use cases. Pros I like its rich feature set and that it is open-source in nature (Apache Superset). It allows us to have a powerful BI tool without vendor lock in. Cons Unlike its competitors, it's quite challenging to use especially at the start. Some features, you can't really expect non-technical users to be able to intuitively utilize.
