Quick to get started/onboard and fast support.

Pros

\-Being able to book a desk right from Slack -Seeing floorplans for context when booking -Simple log in with Google SSO

Our organization started using Deskfound during Covid and since then, it is used in some of our remote offices such as Kelowna and Vancouver. The software works as expected and is easy to use. I haven't had any issues when I visited remote offices to use Deskfound to book workspaces. I also appreciate the app providing visibility into available workspaces and showing which colleagues are also in.

Pros

The biggest pro for me while using Deskfound is the simplicity of use. It is very easy-to-follow and intuitive. It is also extremely helpful to see who has booked the workspace beside as well, making collaborating with team mates that much easier.

Cons

Nothing in particular, Deskfound works as expected and is simple to use. I haven't had any issues with Deskfound so far.

My overall experience with the software is positive as I use Deskfound when I visit our global offices (EMEA and NA). I am able to book desk spots easily and I love the integration with slack as that is my primary app that I work off of.

Pros

The software is easy to use and it is easily accessible via Slack and Google calendar which makes it super convenient to use. The UI is also very simple follow and use as well.

Cons

I don't have any complaints currently as the software does it's job and the UI is very simple to use and delivers. I haven't had any hiccups using Deskfound yet.

Best hybrid workplace management tool and integration with slack.Now that we're a hybrid-work company, we've reduced our overall office footprints, so we have more employees than available desks in all our locations. Deskfound is essential in making sure our employees have visibility into available office space, so they can plan their work weeks accordingly. The customer support is second to none, and any issues or questions have always been resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Pros

Well its easy to manage seating.This software helps to manage hybrid workspace and easy to integrate to desk booking and manage slots.

Cons

While using Deskfound there is a minor issue with login page which i found.Other than this everything is fine.
