We are in our infancy of the product but very happy with our decision to go with this software and the team at Wombat make everything easy and seamless. The software is great as well.

Pros

Right from inquiring about the software \[sensitive content hidden\] were always accommodating and wanting to hear feedback. Also \[sensitive content hidden\] now has come in to help implementation and it has been great.

Cons

Very small critique is that where staff sign off, the signature box is always active so when scrolling through on phone it can get messed up a bit.

My overall experience has been excellent. I have worked with many other safety software and this one is the most user friendly with the most features I've found. It's also been a great experience with the Wombat team. They are responsive, and fast and are right there with you coming up with a solution, and then following up. The communication and support has been stellar.

Pros

It's user friendly, intuitive, and flexible. The forms are versatile and easy to build and use. Lots of customization allows it to fit with any business. The Wombat team has excellent customer service and work hard to make a product that works for the everyday user to the once-a-month user.

Cons

There were features that were not available as quickly as I had expected, or hoped. Sometimes entering text can be laggy. Glitches happen, guys couldn't log in. All frustrating. But is there a software out there, that hasn't glitched out at least once?!

I recently purchased this safety software program, and I am thoroughly impressed with its functionality and ease of use. It will significantly simplify my safety program and enhance my ability to track stats more efficiently and effectively. While there are a few capabilities the product does not yet include, I appreciate that the developers are receptive to feedback and actively work to make improvements. Overall, this tool is a valuable addition to my safety management system, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves.

Pros

I have seen a lot of safety software programs. I really like Wombat because it is simple for the user but powerful enough for the admin side to gather data and information quickly. There are a lot a great features coming out and the support staff are amazing!

Cons

There are still features that are not ready for release just yet. This can be frustrating for customers.

Pros

The customer support is phenomenal. Not only do they give you ideas, templates and guidance - but the Wombat team will work with you ever step of the way to build the perfect platform for your unique needs. They even help create content for us to help us get "live" faster and used it as hands-on training!

Cons

No complaints. There are some functions that aren't released yet - but that just makes us excited for the possibilities. Being excited for the continued evolution is far from a complaint.
