I use it mainly for scheduling and basic editing across multiple business pages, and it keeps things organized without costing anything. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable enough to build into your workflow, especially if you’re already using Facebook and Instagram for marketing. Good, functional, and familiar. Just don’t expect it to be super polished or deeply customizable. Pros I like that Facebook Creator Studio keeps all my pages, posts, and messages in one place. The ease of use is solid once you get the hang of it, and for basic social marketing content, it does exactly what I need. Scheduling posts is straightforward, and the video and image uploading tools work well most of the time. For something that’s free, the value for money is obviously great, it gives you plenty without needing a subscription. I also appreciate that it makes page editing and insights accessible without bouncing between apps. Cons Every now and then it can be a little glitchy. Some features lag, especially when uploading multiple videos or switching between accounts. Customer support isn’t really a thing... if something breaks, you kind of have to wait it out or figure it out yourself. I usually get so distracted I just quit for the day. Buffer or Later was born, They need bring ease-of-use to creators and businesses as well since both are their main target. We used to use Hootsuite and Buffer before but not longer after Facebook or Meta launched the Creator Studio, While we still have a subscription on Hootsuite for managing other social networks but it's easier for us to do it for Facebook and Instagram from the Creator Studio and we really wish to have tools like these from other social networks. Pros Our favorite features of the Creator Studio is how seamlessly we're managing over 40+ pages for businesses and public figures with advanced collaboration tools to easily approve posts and create tasks for our team members and to show our scheduled posts to clients before publishing them, We love the easy and deep reporting to create visual informative reports and to even set up scheduled reports for keeping clients up to date with the performance, Also the ability to respond to customers messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram from one dashboard is the best time-saving feature overall. Cons Our main dislike is being unable to schedule reels to Instagram since it's the biggest focus for all the brands we manage and an essential post type lately, We really don't understand why Meta is preventing us from doing that. This makes it much easier to seamlessly engage the audience with no-delay, and this leads to a higher customer satisfaction score, I liked the powerful capabilities in the content management feature for making it easier to manage scheduled posts and edit them for any unexpected changes and to edit published posts too and it's enabling us to edit video titles and descriptions in a very easy way. It's similar to having full content features and functionality from a single panel. The last major benefit for us and the one we really appreciate how intelligent and powerful it is, the advanced AI-powered insights to analyze the entire page or single posts with very detailed KPI measurements to tweak and optimize the campaign strategy and improve the performance with better analytical decision-making. Cons I don't like the lack of features and capabilities in the mobile application, Especially the insights which is the most important thing we need on the go but it's not functional as the desktop, Also being unable to post/schedule reels is very annoying and it's time-consuming for us when there's over 20 daily posts and most of them are in reels and we just have to do it manually, I don't get the reason why they're doing this but I really hope they change it soon and listen to their community as we've seen there are many creators and business are asking for it. Pros I have been using it for almost 2 years now and the best feature I like about it is that it auto-publishes content on your given schedule. It is a life-saving feature for busy people like me to grow my brand while I'm working on my day job. More of the things I like is how they modified their floating boxes better to view and add description, tags and title. I should also mention the ease of dashboard since the day they organized it better. Cons There's not much to dislike after they organized because they made it better.
