Pros

I love it. What’s great about it is how easy it is to use. I use it for business settings and sometimes for personal use.

Cons

There’s still nothing wrong with this software in my opinion. I’ll continue using this software compared to Zoom or Skype.

All in all my experience with Google Workspace has been positive till date leaving behind it's customer support and high subscription fee. It provide endless useful features which make everyday work easy and smooth.

Pros

Google workspace is one of the best application I have used so far for both professional and personal work. I love that how easy it makes to use everything in one place all together as switching between everyday tools like Gmail or Docs and many other is easy and smooth. Features like file sharing allows to share files quickly and with the coworkers or the team also provides the control over comments, edits or views by them. Cloud Storage is also a very useful feature by Google workspace which provides access to the files from different linked devices which helps working anywhere anytime. It also offers schedule management which makes scheduling meetings or appointments in no time.

Cons

The thing I dislike is value for me, as being a small business owner I feel it is bit overpriced for the users like me as small teams use few features only but pay for all. Also it's customer support is a big disappoint as it fails providing useful assistance when required especially for complex issues. I have also experienced minor bugs and issues occasionally in syncing.

Overall, my experience with Google Workspace has been really positive. It makes staying organized and getting work done feel pretty effortless. I like how all the apps work together and how easy it is to share files, collaborate, and access everything from basically anywhere. The interface is simple, and the tools are reliable without feeling overly complicated. There are tons of useful features, but I mostly appreciate how much time it saves me. It’s definitely made my day-to-day work smoother, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, dependable productivity setup.

Pros

Google Workspace has been a game-changer for staying organized and getting things done. The apps are intuitive, reliable, and work seamlessly together, which makes everything from email and file sharing to collaboration incredibly easy. I especially love how simple it is to work with others in real time without constantly sending files back and forth. Everything feels streamlined, accessible, and professional. Whether you're working solo or as part of a team, Google Workspace makes everyday tasks much smoother. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a flexible, user-friendly productivity suite!

Cons

One downside of Google Workspace is that it can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are so many apps and features that it takes some time to figure out where everything is and how it all works together. Some advanced features can also be a bit confusing if you're not very tech-savvy. That said, once you get used to it, things become much easier.

It's basically become the backbone of how we run things day-to-day. Everything from coordinating with escrow officers to sharing MLS data with clients happens through this platform. The monthly cost per user is pretty reasonable, especially considering how much we actually rely on the thing. I do wish some of the features worked a little better offline, though, it gets frustrating when I'm stuck in a basement or out at a rural property, but at the end of the day, it does what we need it to do.

Pros

Gmail handles all our client correspondence and property inquiries, and it honestly doesn't miss a beat. Google Drive keeps our listing photos, contracts, and disclosure documents organized, which is a lifesaver since my team can pull them up right from a showing or open house. Calendar syncs across my phone and laptop, too, so I’m never accidentally double-booking property tours. Docs and Sheets work great for tracking leads or just putting together a quick comparison sheet for buyers.

Cons

Shared Drive permissions get confusing when we're bringing in outside agents or lenders for transactions. Sometimes files don't sync right away on my phone, and honestly, that means I’m stuck standing at a showing without the documents I actually need. The storage fills up fast with all our high-res property photos, too, we’ve already had to buy more space twice this year.

Overall, Google Workspace apps together pack the most punch for what you pay: $0, and are all solid tools for basic personal or very limited sole-proprietor gig-type business. It is excellent for collaboration or mass file access, but weak for actual document management. It’s great when multiple people need access or to work together quickly, but very risky for anyone who drafts, revises, or iterates heavily--never mind more than one person, which multiplies the risk. The lack of reliable version recovery means you have to build your own backup habits. Formatting often becomes a time‑sink. It’s the best and most powerful low-cost suite, but it demands vigilance if you care about preserving work or process.

Pros

Google Workspace makes real‑time collaboration effortless. Sharing is fast, simultaneous editing is smooth, and the core apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides) are accessible from anywhere. It's not even bad accessing and making minor changes or reviews from handheld devices like smartphones. It's also great if many people need access to files (for example, posting thousands of photographs I took for an event so that all the participants could look through for their own in organized files). It’s one of the most reliable ways to pull text out of PDFs while preserving basic formatting, especially when the source layout is fairly simple. They also save into PDF format without producing a giant file size, unlike comparable MS Office apps. Google Classroom can be an indispensable management tool for instructors, especially if students are doing or creating work through Workspace apps. And you can't beat the price--FREE! You get a surprising amount of functionality and storage for nothing.

Cons

Version recovery is practically nonexistent unless you manually download drafts. If you accidentally delete a section, overwrite a major or important idea, or lose phrasing you wanted to keep, you’re out of luck — the live document is all you have. The overall workflow feels fragile because there’s no dependable way to preserve your work history. Notifications for sharing or access changes are inconsistent, and it's inefficient to manually notify, clarify, or even attach files to email. It requires great vigilance to stay on top of sharing and settings, whether it's just a few or a few hundred who can access the files. Formatting tools are limited and cumbersome, taking a lot of time to click through and apply. With the exception of PDFs, Workspace apps don't play nicely with many external apps.

I would recommend Google Workspace to product teams that need straightforward collaboration and file sharing. It’s great for day-to-day planning, documentation, and communication if your whole team is already familiar with Google products.

Pros

Google Workspace can be helpful to me when doing product work day to day. Docs, Sheets, Meet and Drive all sync together. I use Docs for taking meeting notes and requirements. Sheets is great for tracking work items and simple data storage. Meet is helpful when hopping on a quick meeting with my team. Sharing files with developers and other teams is simple too.

Cons

File permissions can become tricky when there are lots of people working on the same project. Sheets also begins to feel limited when your data set gets really big or you need complex reporting.

I think is a great tool for working progress documents, but before finalize the file is better to download the files and finalize with Microsoft 365 off-line.

Pros

Google Workspace allows more people to jump into the exact same document, spreadsheet, or presentation simultaneously.

Cons

Users requiring complex functionalities typical of Excel, or using copy and paste in Word from differente files may experience limitations compared to Microsoft 365

All in all, I’ve had a really good experience with Workspace. It’s dependable, intuitive, and makes juggling team projects way less stressful. The way the apps talk to each other is a huge time-saver. Sure, the admin features could use a simpler layout, but for day-to-day use, this is a super solid productivity suite.

Pros

Honestly, the best part is how everything just clicks together. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar are all right there, and sharing stuff with teammates is a breeze I love that you can hop into a doc and see everyone’s edits live, and you never have to worry about saving because it’s all auto-synced to the cloud.

Cons

It’s not all perfect though. Some of the more advanced settings, especially the admin panel, are a bit of a maze when you’re first starting out. And if you’ve got a bunch of user accounts, the cost can creep up on you. Plus, you really need a solid internet connection or things start to lag.

I love google workspace and have been using it more and more every day. I want to continue to learn the different aspects that you can do with the system.

Pros

I like that google workspace is able to be viewed anywhere with it all online. It runs a lot like microsoft only easier.

Cons

It took some time to get used to not having to hit save before getting out of the file I was in. Its also hard to print I feel like for people who have used microsoft so much in the past. You use to go to file print and now there is just a print button that I tend to forget about.
