Pros

It's easy to navigate, that's hands down the best part about it, it's easy to teach others which is definitely a huge help.

Cons

Wish it had more features and make some things I can customize on my own to an extent

My overall experience has been great.Google Workspace also is easy for my students to use for assignments.

Pros

I feel like everything is available and I don’t have to search for anything. Also google meet, Google Docs, are so easy to save and distribute.

Cons

It’s not compatible with Microsoft office, and I use both. One for work and one for school, if I could use both and transfer information it would be better for me.

Not great. I upgraded to the get the labeling feature and found out I would have to upgrade again just to get this one feature.

Pros

It gives more space and has options for customizing administrative functions the free account such as security standards and a custom domain name.

Cons

Access to the labels feature is only available at higher levels of upgrading. Why they are creating such a barrier to such a simple functionality is beyond me. I upgraded just to get this feature only to find out I wasn't at a high enough level.

Easy to use but will quickly leave you wanting more from your productivity suite. Chat and Meet function well, however, gmail is the worst and you will loose most of your emails.

Pros

Most employees will not struggle to use this platform. Many are already familiar with it from using it in their school/college.

Cons

Their platform lacks many compliance and reporting tools that other platforms have built in. Their platform often encourages users to operate on their own and lacks many tools to enforce document storage best practices and department file storage.

\- Google workspace is so affordable - I like as it is so easy to use - I like as it has a large storage - To share file is so fast and easy to do - I really like their incredible customer support team. - it is excellent in project management

Cons

\- I don’t like as it has difficult learning curve - I don’t like the issues of bugs - I don’t like as it requires internet connection to work

Great! I think they are working towards making it a genuine competitor to slack. I think chat organization could somehow be better

Pros

They are constantly adding new features to the workspace and new integrations that google is building. Gemini is now available in any document types and they have finally added scheduled messages into chats or spaces which is what a few people at my workplace have been waiting for! They have added NoteBook LLM and a bunch of other products to include in if your company uses their WorkSpace.

Cons

Nothing I can think of right now. I think if anything it would be nice if files images could be embedded within a single message. Like If I could add text before and after an image or have a few images with text in between when discussing products that way they are showed in order and I wouldn't need to spam multiple messages into the chat.

Real-time editing in Docs, Sheets, and Slides is seamless.Commenting and suggesting modes are intuitive. Files are always accessible from anywhere, no version control issues. Automatic saving = peace of mind. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Meet are tightly connected.

Pros

Ability to share and work live on documents. I manage a remote team and it allows us to work together seamlessly. The auto save and ability to recover previous versions has come in clutch more than once.

Cons

File organization can get messy quickly. Difficult to manage shared drives or find things others shared.

Overall, I’ve had a great time using Google Workspace. Everything just works really well together and it makes it way easier to get stuff done whether I am working solo or with a team. Google Workspace is a really well-versed platform that makes it easy to handle pretty much anything you throw at it, from documents to team projects.

Pros

I love how the whole workplace meshes so well with each other. I can interchange the platforms so easily. For example, if I was collecting responses on Google Forms, I can view all the responses in one spot on google sheets with a push of a button.

Cons

I know this is not the most fair response, but I wish we could use google workspace with emails that are not gmails.

Pros

It’s very versatile and allows you to do a variety of tasks all in one sitting. I use it every day on my Chromebook.

Sometimes information doesn’t transfer well when you’re going from a Google program to a Microsoft program

As a company we have used Google workspace and we were quite big a fan of how easy it was to share files and work as a team

Cons

Email management was not the best in Google workspace and security has always been a worry compared to Microsft

A integração entre produtos é ótima, pois vários produtos do google já fazem parte do dia a dia. Pelo mesmo motivo, a curva de aprendizado também é boa.

Cons

Os produtos demoram a carregar às vezes, apresentando erros de upload e corrompimento de arquivos. Imagens, documentos e arquivos de design já apresentaram esse erro.

The entire google workspace works miracles and saves jobs every day, and is part of my everyday work life. It feels like a competent program and very nicely made software.

Pros

The fact that almost every work environment uses this should speak for itself. I like how convenient it is and how easy it is to do file sharing & email management.

Cons

I think that sometimes with a lot of storage it can get a little laggy or slow, but so far i've had barely any bugs, and those have been solved by customer support pretty fast.

Overall positive, I have been using multiple applications from this suite like chat, gmail, google meet, sheets, slides, etc. We can store this in cloud and access it anywhere . Also we can collaborate any document in real time with our team. Gmail is mostly used for email based communications and you tube for learning purposes. I really like this workspace by Google

Pros

I like the all in one suite it has, catering to all needs right from emails to streaming videos on you tube. I really like the UI it is simple and easy to understand. It has an integration with collaboration tools we use like zoom , hence a lot of things become easier. It is secure , one can protect its account with 2 factor authentication as well. It comes with cloud connectivity hence storing data on device is not required and data can be accessed anytime, anywhere

Cons

It requires connectivity to the internet as it is cloud based . Also , lacks some features in Google sheets compared to Microsoft excel. Initial learning requires some time

Pros

It is easy to use and I can use it in all my devices. Teamwork is very easy with it and to share files are very convenient. It has many tools to work. Putting in a nutshell, I can say that with Google Workspace, i dont need any other application to work with.

Cons

I cannot use it without internet, even I can't see my files. Entry storage is very less and i have to buy storage to keep my data stored.
