I feel equipped like a large corporation, even when working alone or in a small team, thanks to these interconnected tools. Pros This is the heart of my business. What I find brilliant is the unity of it all. Using the same account for my emails, documents, video calls, and storage creates a seamless user experience. The admin console allows me to manage my professional addresses with disconcerting ease, giving my business an instant professional image. Cons The cost per user ends up being a heavy burden on the budget as the team grows. Sometimes it's frustrating with the speed and capabilities. For a Small business its a great tool. Pros You can use Google Workspace anywhere in the world. But the functionalities are minimal. It's great for a small business to keep all the documents in one place. Cons Functionality and loading speed. It was very slow at times. The value for money is great, and bugs and issues are very minimal. Pros I love how versatile Google Workspace is. If I see a Google product, I know I can trust it. It is easy to use, easy to share files throughout the office, and helps us stay on schedule. Also, the inability to download a Google doc or sheet is somewhat inhibiting at times. File sharing and cloud storage work smoothly, making collaboration simple. The scheduling feature is helpful for staying organized. Customer support is responsive, and although there are occasional bugs and issues, they are usually resolved quickly. Overall, a reliable platform for everyday use. Cons Sometimes the apps can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features to navigate. I also experienced occasional syncing delays between devices. It is constantly improving. Pros I feel secure knowing that Google is serious about security. The products are constantly improving and Gemini+ is proving to be quite capable. Now that I am very used to the cloud I won't return to laptop based software. Google Meets is proving very viable for the webinars my charity delivers regularly. The sound and video and closed captioning are of good quality. Cons I wish it was easier to open downloaded documents inside Google without extra steps from my iMac. The rest of the perks and services thru WOrkspace are gravy on top--I learn more about how this software can help my new business every day. Pros It's incredibly fast to sign up and get your custom business email address live and working. Cons Google's support documentation is notoriously incomplete, unintuitive, and often outdated. But you can ask an AI bot to clarify when the docs you're reading don't match the most current Google processes. In fact, Google automates the DNS setup--we did nothing, and it was done in under a minute. Very important! Switched from [Zoho Mail](https://www.capterra.com/p/174694/Zoho-Mail/)[Bluehost](https://www.capterra.com/p/229168/Bluehost/) We couldn't make either product work properly or get their DNS records set up at all in over a week of trying. Customer support was terrible, AWFUL with both services. Zoho failed to respond to 6 email and three phone calls. I had to stop payment to them in order to even get their attention.
