I really like how versatile all the apps are. I created a backend site for employees. I like that I can create videos, spreadsheets, slides, documents, forms for my clients, and host video meetings and chats with my employees and clients all from one seamless program. The use of the drive for client files is extremely easy to use and navigate. I like that I can share files with users outside of the organization directly from the drive. Pros I love how everything is streamlined and connected. I can use the entire interface with so many other apps. I love integrating my calendar, email, and documents with other apps to make my work life easier. Cons The only drawback is that I cannot create documents from google forms. However, there are plug ins I can use to integrate forms with documents. I use most of the Google applications in workspace on a daily basis, from email, chat, calendar, meets, sheets, drive, forms and Gemini, etc. Pros Our company uses Google worspce whic offers an extensive suite of applications to perform daily buisness tasks and make work more efficient. Cons The Google Meet is adequate for holding most meetings, but it has a limit to the number of attendees. It was worth the investment to us to have custom business email, more cloud storage on Drive, two-step authentication, and longer Meets, especially as our departments navigate a variety of remote, hybrid, and on-site working environments across all our teams. Being able to at-mention other stakeholders in documents and sheets is a game-changer for us, as it helps to keep projects moving quickly forward. Pros Having our whole organization on Google Workspace helps us to collaborate efficiently and effectively together. Our collaborative processes flow seamlessly between applications: our marketing team can quickly connect with subject matter experts and product owners to create content for campaigns, for example. It's critical for us to keep projects moving, and we couldn't do this well without Google Workspace. Cons The one tool that we didn't find helpful within the Google Workspace is the Google Chat. We needed more advanced features for notifications and project management. However, the are some Slack plug-ins for Google Docs that have been really helpful for us in sharing collaborative documentation and in planning campaigns. Review Source CB Christoph B. Usage rights and collaboration make it a self explanatory work suite. Pros Its an easy to work with solution for almost all departments of a company. Key benefit is the integratability and the collaboration across documents (file sharing, cloud storage making docs accessible, commenting and reminder functions). It feels like a competent program and very nicely made software. Pros The fact that almost every work environment uses this should speak for itself. I like how convenient it is and how easy it is to do file sharing & email management. Cons I think that sometimes with a lot of storage it can get a little laggy or slow, but so far i've had barely any bugs, and those have been solved by customer support pretty fast. Pros I love how easy it is to integrate Google programs like Sheets, Docs, and Gmail for seamless sharing. I like how I can easily share things and collaborate with anyone, whether or not they are in my agency or not. Cons Sometimes it does not play nice with outside applications, specifically Microsoft Office programs. It can be hard to share and ensure everyone who needs access to documents has it at all times. I upgraded to the get the labeling feature and found out I would have to upgrade again just to get this one feature. Pros It gives more space and has options for customizing administrative functions the free account such as security standards and a custom domain name. Cons Access to the labels feature is only available at higher levels of upgrading. Why they are creating such a barrier to such a simple functionality is beyond me. I upgraded just to get this feature only to find out I wasn't at a high enough level. I have seen the product grow (and change names) so much through the years. Pros I like how easy GW makes it to setup email, docs and calendars for small companies. You can get going in minutes and all of the tools are top notch. Cons Once you have many users and upgrade your GW tier, it can get expensive. Big thumbs up from me! Pros The best part of Google Workspace was the seamless integration of essential tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. It made collaborating and staying organized incredibly easy and efficient. Cons Honestly, the things that bugged me a bit about Google Workspace were mostly around needing to be online all the time – the offline stuff just wasn't as good. I also had some of those typical cloud worries about keeping my data secure. Plus, it took me a little while to get the hang of things coming from other software. And every now and then, trying to get it to play nice with programs that weren't Google's was a bit of a pain. When I've browsed other apps and features, I've been overwhelmed. Pros Great communication, and generally easy to find tools. I like the communication that I get from google. Being able to share and edit permission on certian docs and sheets has improved my work flow in the project mangemnt position of my role Cons Gmail can sometimes be a little tricky to naviagte/search previous information in emails from the past.
