Tutti gli strumenti del pacchetto sono collegati fra loro quindi, se si vuole inviare un file del proprio archivio digitale, basta copiare il link direttamente nel messaggio email. Google workspace è utile anche per le scuole: attraverso una specifica espansione si ha la possibilità di avere altri strumenti aggiuntivi utili per l'inisegnamento tra i quali google classroom che rende veloce e più diretta la comunicazione tra studenti e insegnanti. Pros La possibilità di avere con un unico pacchetto moltissimi strumenti tra i quali email, calendario, archivio digitale ecc... With working in an agency, collabortation on certain project is required and Google Drive is very useful for this. Organising tasks and meetings using Gmail and Google Calandar is very easy and visual too Pros Google Workspace is very clearly layed out, easy to use. From setting up meetings with clients, organising calandars and usng Google Drive, Google Workspace is the best I've used. Cons One thing I like least is the security and 2 step authentification. With working in an agency, if a team emebr is on Annual Leave, it is difficult to acess certain things.
