I started using Google Workspace because a received a really good offer and the price was affordable. You manager you company emails (DMarc approved), you have a lot of file storage and Gemini AI in one place. That boosted our productivity and gave us trust as an agency.

Pros

What I like the most about Google Workspace is their customer support. It's super helpfuk when you don't find something or if you want help for setting some employee profiles or Dmarc/SPKIM. It's easy to use and It gives you so much freedom and space storage and the option of sharing files with your coworkers / employees. I also appreciate how toolbars and menús thoughtout the apps show keyboard shortcuts for almost every features.

Cons

Well, it's not cheap compared to Microsoft and you need to pay for each email account. Other than that, it's awesome.

Google Workspace has given me, all told, a very positive experience. It has improved document management, cooperation, and communication for technical and non-technical teams working on either side. The cloud-based system guarantees that data is always current and available, hence lowering version control problems and raising output. It is now a need in our daily processes for cross-functional cooperation, project coordination, and reporting.

Pros

As a Senior Data Analyst, I love how easily Google Workspace lets teams work together. Sharing reports, gathering input, and working on data concurrently with stakeholders is simple in Google Sheets. The interaction among Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, and Sheets keeps projects accessible from anywhere and well-organized.

Cons

Google Sheets is great for working with others, but it might not be as good as specialized analytics tools for really big datasets and complicated calculations. Large team file permissions management can also be difficult without clear rules of conduct.

Our use of google workspace has only increased since my first review. We have continued to use newly released tools like Google e-signatures.

Pros

The growing integration between the various products make work so easy. I especially love the "home base" for all these notifications from different products inside gmail.

Cons

I am still waiting on the features of google voice to be made available in Canada. I think the release of this feature would increase my use of google workspace.

Une efficacité administrative décuplée et une clarté mentale précieuse. En éliminant la dispersion de mes outils, je reste concentré sur mon cœur de métier sans me faire polluer par des frictions techniques.

Pros

Pour mon organisation professionnelle, Google Workspace est devenu une évidence. Ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est d'avoir tout au même endroit : mon agenda, mes fichiers, mes e-mails et mes outils de visioconférence. Je ne perds plus de temps à passer d'un logiciel à l'autre, ce qui fluidifie énormément mes flux de travail au quotidien. L'interconnexion est parfaite : je peux planifier une réunion dans Calendar et y joindre directement un fichier Drive ou un lien Meet. La console d'administration est aussi très bien pensée, me permettant de gérer mes adresses e-mails professionnelles en toute simplicité et avec une grande sécurité.

Cons

Le coût par utilisateur peut rapidement devenir un frein majeur pour le budget d'une petite structure au fur et à mesure que l'équipe grandit. Par ailleurs, j'ai parfois l'impression que certaines fonctionnalités de la suite (comme Sheets) restent un peu légères face aux géants du traitement de données ultra-complexes. Pros

Love that how all the tools I need are present in one cloud based tool and it enhance the real time collaboration between our team.

Absolute centralization that offers me immense mental clarity. I no longer waste time switching from one software to another; everything is gathered in one place, which fluidifies my workflow and saves me precious hours every week.

Pros

For me, Google Workspace is much more than a software suite; it is the beating heart of my organization. What I find absolutely brilliant is the perfect interconnection between all the tools. I can read an email in Gmail, add an appointment to Google Calendar in one click, and open a collaborative document in Google Drive without ever changing environments. Real-time co-editing in Sheets or Docs is a model of fluidity: you can see your collaborators writing live, which completely eliminates endless file exchanges via email. The overall interface remains very intuitive, clean, and accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical level.

Cons

My main point of friction is the per-user pricing, which ends up weighing heavily on my monthly budget as soon as the team expands. Furthermore, while Sheets is excellent for day-to-day work, I find it quickly reaches its limits compared to Microsoft Excel when it comes to handling massive volumes of data or running extremely complex macros and financial calculations. Finally, managing the storage space, which is shared across all tools, requires constant vigilance to avoid getting blocked.
