Die Zusammenarbeit an Dokumenten in Echtzeit ist auch sehr praktisch und ermöglicht es uns, schnell Feedback zu geben und Ideen auszutauschen. Die Möglichkeit, unsere Arbeitsdateien und Dokumente in der Cloud zu speichern, ist auch sehr praktisch und ermöglicht es uns, von überall aus darauf zuzugreifen.

Cons

Ein Nachteil von Google Workspace ist, dass einige der erweiterten Funktionen in höherpreisigen Plänen verfügbar sind. Es kann auch schwierig sein, die Übersicht über unsere Dokumente und Dateien zu behalten, wenn wir viele verschiedene Projekte haben.

He tenido una buena experiencia con la plataforma, me a ayudado a organízame mucho mejor y poder realizar revisiones a mis proyectos en tiempo real desde cualquier lugar donde me encuentre, asi cualquier idea de creatividad la puedo aplicar al instante sin esperar a que se diluya hasta llegar a la oficina.

Lo que más me está gustando de Google Workspace es lo práctico y rápido que resulta para trabajar de forma remota. Pros

Very easy to use and love the cloud storage. Love to be able to share my files easily. Integrates with all of my other products seamlessly.

Cons

Use a different platform with work but can still share files there. I do not have many cons for using this product.

Yeah, pretty decent, to be honest. Could do with being a little bit cheaper, I will say. Especially when there's a few people in the group.

Pros

It's great VALUE FOR MONEY, and it's actually quite powerful when the whole team is working on it. Being able to share files and have all my stuff in the cloud is really, really helpful.

Cons

Sometimes the UX is a little bit confusing. The way you have to edit some settings to get to certain things, set up emails, unless you know what you're doing, it can be quite confusing.

It is the key platform for all our operations as a business. We could easily swap out most other software and be fine, but we rely very heavily on the integration, accessibility, and reliability of all of the Workspace software.

Pros

Google workspace is the core of our business activity - Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Forms etc - we use it all to operate the business collaboratively across locations, making live updates and having cloud storage and access. It’s fast, reliable, and full featured for our needs.

Cons

As with most cloud-based, full featured platforms like Google Workspace, your business starts to gain a dependence on it to operate. Each year the price typically rises, so the costs can start to feel heavier, but because we’re so tied into the ecosystem, it can be difficult to change (not that we have the desire to).

It is especially useful for remote teams because sharing files, scheduling meetings, and working together in real time feels simple and fast. The platform is stable, user-friendly, and easy to adopt for both small and large teams.

Pros

Google Workspace is very easy to use and makes team collaboration extremely smooth. Real-time editing in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive saves a lot of time, and everything works well across devices. The integration between Gmail, Meet, Calendar, and Drive is one of the best parts of the platform.

Cons

Some advanced features require higher-priced plans, and managing large amounts of storage across teams can become expensive over time. Offline functionality can also feel limited compared to some desktop-based alternatives.

Overall, my experience with Google Workspace was really positive. I found it easy to use, reliable, and helpful for keeping work organised. The way everything links together across email, calendars, documents, meetings, and file sharing made day to day tasks much more efficient. I especially liked how simple collaboration was. Being able to work on documents with other people in real time, leave comments, and access files from anywhere made communication and teamwork much smoother. It also helped reduce delays and kept everyone working from the same version of a document. There were a few small frustrations at times, such as internet reliance and some limitations compared to traditional desktop software, but overall the benefits outweighed the negatives. It felt modern, practical, and well suited to fast paced working environments.

Pros

What I liked most about Google Workspace was how easy it made everything feel. Everything connected properly, so I was not constantly switching between different systems or trying to find information. Being able to move from emails to calendars, documents, meetings, and shared files all in one place made day to day work much smoother and less stressful. I also liked how simple it was to collaborate with other people. Working on documents at the same time, leaving comments, and seeing updates instantly saved a lot of back and forth and helped things move quicker. It felt much more practical and user friendly compared to systems where everything feels disconnected.

Cons

One of the things I liked least about Google Workspace was that it can sometimes feel too dependent on having a good internet connection. If the connection was slow or unstable, it could affect access to files or cause delays when working collaboratively. I also found that some features were not always as advanced as desktop based Microsoft Office tools, especially for more detailed formatting or complex spreadsheets. While it is very easy to use overall, there were times where certain settings or permissions could be confusing, particularly when sharing files across different teams or external users.

Two years in and I genuinely don't miss my old setup. Google Workspace has become completely invisible in the best way — it just works in the background and lets me focus on actual work. The collaboration tools are best-in-class, the reliability is rock solid, and the fact that I can open and edit a client's Word or Excel file directly without installing anything has saved me embarrassment more than once. If you're a small to mid-sized team that values working together in real time over heavy-duty offline desktop functionality, this is the suite for you. Just go in with realistic expectations about support and know that Sheets isn't Excel — but for most day-to-day work, you honestly won't care.

Pros

Honestly I had my doubts when my company decided to switch from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace two years ago. I had been using Outlook and Word for over 10 years so it felt like I was learning to write over again.. Within a month I totally got why so many teams are making this change. \* The real-time collaboration feature is really the part. There was a time when three of us were working on the Google Doc during a call. Watching each others cursors move in time leaving comments and fixing them on the spot made me think this is what being productive feels like. No emailing "Final\_v3\_ACTUAL\_FINAL.docx" back and forth. That alone saved us 4 to 5 hours each week as a team. Gmails search is also really good. I can find an email from a client from 18 months ago in under 10 seconds. I used to hate searching through Outlook folders for anything than a few weeks. The way Calendar, Meet and Gmail work is also seamless. It takes one click to join a meeting from the calendar invite, with no need to look around for links. Google Drives file sharing is easy. I set who can access it share a link. It just works. The version history on Docs and Sheets has saved me more, than once. I accidentally deleted a section of a report and was able to restore it from three hours earlier without stressing out. Using storage means I don't worry about which device I'm using. I've picked up a document I was writing on my phone during a commute and continued it on my laptop at my desk without saving or transferring the file. Google Workspace makes it easy to work from anywhere. I'm glad my company made the switch.

Cons

I'll be straight — it's not perfect. Google Sheets is great for 80% of what I do, but if you're doing serious financial modelling or need complex nested macros, you'll feel the ceiling pretty quickly. I still have to export certain reports to Excel for a few stakeholders who need advanced pivot functionality, which is a bit annoying. Customer support is the biggest gripe I've seen echoed everywhere online, and in my experience it's fair. When I had an issue with MX record configuration for a new domain early on, I spent nearly a week going in circles between contradictory help articles and an AI support bot that kept suggesting steps I'd already tried. Eventually a colleague who'd set it up before helped me sort it. A real human would have fixed it in 20 minutes. The pricing also adds up fast if you need more seats or storage. The Business Starter plan is reasonable, but jumping to Standard for the 2TB storage and better Meet features felt like a significant step up in cost for a small team. Google Drive organisation can get messy over time if you don't stay on top of it. Shared drives especially can turn into a bit of a junk drawer if your team isn't disciplined about folder structure.
