Pros Como Firma de Contadores de casi diez años de existencia pero con experiencia de cincuenta años a través de sus socios, hemos experimentado diferentes aplicaciones en el pasado sin haber logrado el nivel de satisfacción y adaptabilidad de una herramienta como ABE. El proceso de adopción nos tomó tres meses y de adaptación un años. Después de realizado el ciclo completo de auditoría basada en NIA pudimos explorar las bondades del software así como obtener receptibilidad a las mejoras sugeridas al propietario. Su relación costo/beneficio es ganadora. Las jornadas de capacitación son excelentes. Cons La velocidad en la implementación de nuevas metodologías en ABE como se han logrado en ABI es uno de los aspectos a mejorar. La adopción de minería de datos para prospectar dentro de los procesos de analítica es un aspecto serio a considerar hoy, mañana seguramente estaremos esperanzados en contar con IA dentro de la herramienta a sabiendas que esto representará un mayor costo, pero bien vale la pena. La exportación de informes sugerimos expandir a otras plataformas como Power Point o Sway. Consideramos se puede optimizar la plataforma de CRM. Los reportes aunque se pueden generar desde Auditbrain tienen un formato muy anticuado, debería ser más amigable como el mismo software. Otra mejora es comercial, la verdad como buen contador soy psicorrígido en los pagos y sería interesante poder ajustar tiempos para pagar todas las licencias al tiempo o como guste el usuario, por ejemplo, me toca cada mes estar pendiente de pagos de licencia, sería bueno que pudiera pagar más del año para que la licencia se nivele a los vencimientos de las otras con ellos solo una vez al año pago licenciamiento.
