Lösung aller Unterweisungprobleme.

Pros

Durch den Unterweisungsmanger vom Universumverlag sind wir endlich in der Lage unser gesamtes Team, sowie freie Mitarbeiter und Lieferanten professionell zu unterweisen. Dafür haben längere Zeit nach einer passenden Lösung gesucht. Wir setzen dabei sowohl die zertifizierten Universum-Unterweisungen, als auch selbstproduzierte Medien ein. Das gesamte Team, sowie unsere BG und ich sind sehr zufrieden mit dieser innovativen, neuen Vorgehensweise.

Cons

Das Grafikdesign könnte besser werden, das gesamtle Look & Feel könnte renoviert werden. Der Einsatz von zusätzlichen Filmsequenzen wäre wünschenswert.

Durch den Manager können wir alle Mitarbeitenden inkl. Aushilfen aus dem gesamten Konzern zeitnah und zielführend unterweisen, um der Betreiberpflicht gerecht zu werden.

Pros

Aufgrund eines dritten Dienstleisters war die Implementierung etwas holprig. Ansonsten ist die Verteilung per Mail angenehm und die Darstellung im Dashboard ist übersichtlich.

Cons

Kann hier keine Nachteile niederschreiben.

Wir können mit dem Unterweisungsmanager einfach und unkompliziert verschiedene Unterweisungen vornehmen. Das spart uns als Unternehmen Zeit und Planungsarbeit und unsere Mitarbeiter können die Unterweisung bequem vom PC aus durchführen. Zudem kann die Teilnahme an der Unterweisung flexibel vom Mitarbeiter geplant werden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und nutzen den Unterweisungsmanager gern weiterhin.

Pros

\-super Beratung -schnelle Rückmeldungen -einfache Integration und Bedienung -verständliche Unterweisungen

Cons

Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit, das Firmenlogo im Unterweisungsmanager zu hinterlegen.

Gute Module zur Online Unterweisung . Verfahren ist nach einer gewissen Einarbeitung verständlich und einfach zu handhaben.

Cons

Gefährdungsmanager ist überfrachtet für die Bedürfnisse von nicht Industriebetrieben. Hier müsste nachgebessert werden.

Pros

Die Bedienung ist einfach und sehr benutzerfreundlich. Die Auswertungsfunktionen vollständig.

Cons

Es sollte möglich sein, die Module regelmäßig zu wechseln.

Gut zu bedienendes Portal mit einem unkomplizierten Telefon und E-Mail Service.

Pros

Die Zuweisung von Unterweisungen an einzelne Kollegen wird oft genutzt und funktioniert gut. Erstellen von eigenen Unterweisungen mit einem Fragepool werden genutzt.

Cons

Beim Erstellen von eigenen Unterweisungen kann keine Audiodatei und kein Referenzlink bislang eingefügt werden.

Der Gesamteindruck vom Unterweisungsmanager ist sehr gut. Ich teile den Mitarbeitern einmal eine Unterweisung zu, die sie dann selber durchführen können, wenn es zeitlich bei ihnen passt. Wir sind unabhängig von festen Unterweisungsterminen. Zum anderen wird überwacht, welcher Mitarbeiter noch fällige und offene Unterweisungen hat. Das macht alles überschaubar.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir beim Unterweisungsmanager der Unterweisungsplaner und der Analyzer.

Cons

Ich habe am Unterweisungsmanager nichts gefunden, was mir nicht gefällt oder was schlecht ist.

Wir haben von Präsenzunterweisungen zum Unterweisungsmanager gewechselt. Für uns entfällt die Fahrt zu anderen Standorten. Mitarbeiter können ihre Unterweisungsmodule flexibel durchführen. Wird bei ext. Audits anerkannt.

Pros

Bedienung ist einfach und selbsterklärend; keine Schulung erforderlich - Mitarbeiter konnten das Tool intuitiv bedienen

Cons

Es könnten mehr Module ins Englische übersetzt werden. Klärung von Problemen läuft über das Tool; manchmal würde eine Telefonat effektiver sein.
