Pros The uKnowva integration with other business tools that we currently utilize is seamless and I love it. It links attendance, performance and the communication platforms to an extent that the duplication of data and manual uploads is virtually eliminated. It also facilitates more efficient and faster operations as teams also work more effectively due to this smooth integration. Cons Not all the advanced features are easy to use, as they need some training to utilise them fully. It took a little time adjusting our teams to the platform, but it was a great experience after that.
