Robotic engineer Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Software translations with multiple translators" May 12, 2023 4.0 Pros What initially drew us to Localizely was that we could have multiple translators working on the same project for a relatively low price. Cons The openness. We are working with different OEM customers and they should not be able to see parts of each other's products. Especially with the branching feature which is described to be ideal for white labelling but when using the customer for translating they are able to see the other branches and this is not usable forcing us to create separate projects. In our field consistency is very important, and translation memory inside this platform allows us to be consistent in our translation. The interface is really nice, logical, and minimalistic and the overall platform is easy to use. We can update translations easily, and the translation database is of great use to us! It has a lot of features, and it is easy to use. I highly recommend it. Pros Localizely is an excellent tool for all those who need to deal with localization. It is easy to use, and at the same time, it has all the necessary features that you may need (machine translation, translation memory, glossary, screenshots, integrations, etc.). Easy integration with GitHub and automation of localization tasks saved my team precious time. Cons There is hardly anything to dislike. For legal services, consistency is essential. We use the platform daily for covering the translations of our international agreements, now a lot of phrases are already in our database so we are double faster compared to the period when we did not have Localizely Cons Nothing we did not like here, the product exceeded our expectations. It's rich in useful features and integrates smoothly with other platforms like GitHub and Figma. All in all, it's a great tool.The integration with GitHub is exactly what we needed. It made combining our coding and translation tasks incredibly straightforward and efficient. Cons There was nothing that we felt was lacking in this tool.
