Pros Its a low upkeep product, once its setup and you have scheduled in your training campaigns, its all automatic from there. Cons Support is hit and miss. Some feature requests have never been implemented even after a year or so. Some support tickets are still on hold for over 6 months with no update other than they are working on things. Other support requests are dealt with immediately. No training, no follow up to what I did, etc. Agree, they leave us alone - but that's the problem. I forget to use this program. Pros Most things you can figure out intuitively if you spend a moment on it. Cons Like most businesses, we get busy and forget to do the things that we thought were important. It would be nice if they followed up with us monthly, or even quarterly to see how we are doing, to see if we need help - or just to give us a "poke".
