"Swift - Safe Titan Review"
Overall: Fairly good, its kept my staff and customers on their toes with putting Cyber Security at the front of mind.
Pros: Automatic Campaigns focused on MSP's, quality content, and campaigns. Affordable price point.
Cons: The setup process per M365 tenant was a little time consuming compared to some of the other options on the market.

Overall: Very easy to roll out training and phishing for our clients.
Pros: A powerful solution that allows us to better protect our clients with straight forward and reasonable training.
Cons: Nothing, it is a great product, easy to use and our clients like it.

Pros: Templates for phishing emails and training videos
Cons: Cumbersome to ensure all new employees are able to follow the same training as the others had. Need dedicated training campaigns to be created with "infinite" deadline. Lack of interactivity with the training as no quiz is attached to the videos
"Easy to use and at a great price point!"
Overall: Our overall experience with SafeTtian has been excellent! The tool provides our organization and customers with the tools required to combat cyber threats.
Pros: In today’s cyber environment and proliferation of cyber threats, all SafeTtian’s features are impactful and help prepare our users and customers for the challenges facing all organizations from threat actors. The product was easy to setup and integrate into our operations.
Cons: There is really nothing to dislike about SafeTitan and the product is continually being improved. If we ever have a question or issue, support is immediate and first class!
"A great all round product"
Overall: Its a good product for the price, easy to use and setup.
Pros: Its a low upkeep product, once its setup and you have scheduled in your training campaigns, its all automatic from there.
Cons: Support is hit and miss. Some feature requests have never been implemented even after a year or so. Some support tickets are still on hold for over 6 months with no update other than they are working on things. Other support requests are dealt with immediately.
"The worst training portal to work with"
Overall: the worst experience with a service yet. Your support is the worst
Pros: nothing if compared to others. I cant find something that can be a pro.
Cons: support is the worst. expertise is zero customer relation as your sales doesn't respond to emails. reports we need are missing.

Overall: So far so good. Very helpful team to get you going.
Pros: Lot's of options for customizing content.
Cons: I expected more training content, but overall can't complain much.
"I would like more support"
Overall: I am coming up around one year, and used it one time. No training, no follow up to what I did, etc. Agree, they leave us alone - but that's the problem. I forget to use this program.
Pros: Most things you can figure out intuitively if you spend a moment on it.
Cons: Like most businesses, we get busy and forget to do the things that we thought were important. It would be nice if they followed up with us monthly, or even quarterly to see how we are doing, to see if we need help - or just to give us a "poke".
