Pros L'outil est facile / fluide dans l'utilisation tant pour les équipes Back Office que Front Office... les deux parties ont été très emballées par l'arrivée de ce nouveau logiciel au sein de notre filiale. Le fait de pouvoir organiser nous même les dossiers, les renommer, les déplacer permet de nous faire gagner un temps précieux au quotidien. La lecture directe pour notre équipe terrain quelque soit les disparités de métier en incite l'utilisation. Cons Aucun point négatif à remonter... mais éventuellement une amélioration afin de pouvoir extraire en masse l'entièreté des fichiers chargés présents / mais aussi chargés par QUI et QUAND.... ainsi que pourquoi pas un pop up informant quand des chargements ont lieu sans le voir uniquement lors des synchronisations. Nous l’utilisons également au niveau du siège pour permettre à chacun d’accéder simplement aux fiches produits par exemple. Cons Nos équipes ne peuvent pas agrémenter les présentations qu'ils créent dans la plateforme avec leur propre contenu, comme par exemple, ajouter des données chiffrées spécifiques à leur secteur ou à un client. Les fonctionnalités d'impression sont également limitées. Nous ne pouvons pas imprimer qualitativement une présentation après sa création via l'outil. Cons La barre de recherches n'est pas assez optimale. Il serait bien que la recherche se réalise également dans le nom des fichiers et dans leurs contenus.
