My overall experience with Zylu has been positive. The support team is proactive and treats salon owners' challenges as their own. Their enthusiasm and commitment to solving problems will definitely take them to the next level.

Pros

I really appreciate Zylu for both their software and support. It offers all the essential features a salon requires, and what stands out the most is the detailed reporting and analytics.

Cons

The marketing features are good but quite basic. With a bit more enhancement, this area could add even more value.

I purchased the software last July and I find it extremely user friendly. Staff are extremely helpful and glad to repeat.

Pros

The staff are extremely available and the software is super easy to use. No special skills required.

Cons

Wish we could send promotional messages without any api complications. All the features and templates are there but we need to pay extra apart from the subscription paid to Zylu

Zylu is excellent with bookings, billings, and employee commissions. It is making our job easy, and that's good.

Pros

I loved the e-bill feature. The look and links within the bill give a premium feel. The new way of booking service is smooth.

Cons

Inventory management systems are old school. The report filtering and viewing experience can be improved.
