If you add the XDR service you can even have a cybersec' engineer on demand reviewing for you your logs rather frequently, so very great in order to not get any misconfiguration. A good value that will surely be optimized with time, regarding the deepness and automations proposed by its console being a true SIEM within the industry Pros . the ease of use is very great (you can identify and blacklist easily thanks to modern design of the console), . its pricing is also very competitive, . to note that so far we notably reduced the infections we got from our tem through malwares within emails, so it's really functional Cons . the setup can be a bit tricky if you are not used to DKIM or other kind of records, but the tech support of Heimdal is kind and patient, so nothing impossible . the console should \*automate\* more tasks as for example automatically greylisting or blacklisting depending on the frequency and degree of phishing (n.b: it's put in quarantine no matter what, but from there you still need to do pretty much manually all the blacklisting, log per log, which can be long.
