Facil de manejar y de gestionar las reseñas

Pros

Es fácil de integrar en Wordpress. Se pueden generar códigos QR para sitios físicos como clínicas de fisioterapia. Da buenas estadísticas de tu tienda online.

Tiene un fácil manejo, es rápido de instalar y además tienen una, muy, buena atención. Solicite información y me contestaron, bastante, rápido y de una forma sencilla y entendible.

Cons

Estoy terminando de implantarlo, así que , todavía no puedo decir mucho. Tengo que añadirlo al carrito y no puedo, pero me han comentado que saque un ticket y pregunte

Me gusta mucho que dan un porcentaje al mes gratuito, viene muy bien si tienes una tienda pequeña, si en épocas tienes mas ventas pues pagas un pack mas avanzado y listo, así no tienes que pagar si tu tienda no es de mucho movimiento

Cons

Si pagas un pack que incluye X mails si no los gastas se pierden.

Estoy muy satisfecha ya que resulta muy positivo a la hora de vender mi producto, ya que las opiniones de los clientes son muy importantes para generar confianza en la marca.

Pros

Es muy fácil de manejar para usuarios con poca experiencia en informática como es mi caso, a la vez que muy efectivo para aumentar las ventas.

Cons

El único aspecto que me resulto un poco complicado fue el encontrar como responder a las opiniones de los clientes, pero al final logre encontrar como hacerlo.

Muy satisfecha, hay un alyísimo porcentaje de respuestas y todas ellas reales y fiables. El servicio de atención al cliente es perfecto.

Pros

Objetivo sencillo y cumplido: conseguir opiniones reales de clientes, además, opinan tanto de la tienda como del prosucto adquirido. Alta tasa de respuesta.

Cons

No poder añadir estrellitas o la incompatibilidad con google.

En principio porque es gratuito y para comenzar en un ecommerce es una gran ayuda, pero si fuera compatible con google o cuando necesitemos más opiniones mensuales no me importaría adquirir el servicio.
