Pros Realmente pensamos que podríamos subir nuestros cursos de forma innovadora pero los clientes nos reportan que la plataforma no es buena, que hay mejores. Cons La plataforma es confusa para el usuario. Del servicio que damos a nuestros clientes lo que ha afectado la calidad es la plataforma y es lo que sale peor evaluado. La atención y orientación al cliente es deficiente, no responden, no solucionan, no hay puntos de contacto claros, se justifican y no solucionan. Pros Tiene un amplio catalogo de cursos actualizados y con buenos docentes. Cons Pagamos una membresía anual normal y de un momento a otro cambiaron al triple de lo que pagamos, hicimos la queja por correo, ticket, etc. Nos dijeron que harían un reembolso, ya pasó más de un año y nada y lo peor es que hicimos la denuncia ante INDECOPI en Perú pero ni con eso no les interesa nada. Pros I love the variety it has, how easy it can make it feel to learn, the structure of the interface that allows it to be easy to use, and the quality and clarity with which the workshop leaders deliver the class, which allows an atmosphere to be created of security and trust. Cons As I mentioned before, the fact that they are virtual courses becomes complicated, sometimes you have to wait a long time for a teacher to correct your work, I think it is something that could be improved because if you do not receive a grade from your teacher, you will not you get your certificate.
