Cons Some Wizards are difficult to use where very complex updates are needed (for example, the Project Wizard). Managing the learning curve and functional user adoption can be challenging. The customer support from more4apps has been wonderful! Thank you! Pros The item cost upload wizard saves us a lot of time with uploading discrete cost elements rather than manually entering them. We are looking forward to using this tool to upload labor and overhead rates soon. Cons The data layout format is not the most useful for how we manage our data, such as the way items are grouped with cost sub-element listed as subsets of an item number listed only once. Also, the time it takes to complete the upload is pretty slow compared to other similar tools I've used. We have several thousand purchased items, many with 5 separate cost elements, which all need to be uploaded.
