While learning the tool took a little bit of effort and the cost is high, the sheer amount of manual data entry work it eliminates makes it completely worth it. Pros I love most about EBS Toolbox is how it lets you dump tons of data straight from Excel into Oracle without having to click through a million annoying forms. The built-in error checking right in the spreadsheet is a lifesaver because it tells you where you messed up before you ruin the database. Once you get the hang of it, it saves a crazy amount of time. Cons It takes a little time to learn how to use it at first, and it's definitely on the expensive side. Plus, every now and then when Oracle updates, you might face temporary glitches until they update the toolbox to match.
