Thoroughly impressed. Notifyre clearly care about their customers and are motivated to get their service up and running for new customers with as much support as possible. I've never had a live chat agent call me directly to help solve my issue (without asking) and this was a really great first impression. Our service is up and running in under an hour after trying for days with our previous provider.

Pros

The service. To get a personal call and to have my issues sorted out in less than an hour for what is an automated service is very impressive. It's clear these guys care about their business and their customers!

Cons

I had some trouble with the .NET SDK, but in their defence I am using an older framework that isn't supposed to be supported

Switched from

[Amazon SES](https://www.capterra.com/p/179662/Amazon-SES/)

Tech support from AWS was surprisingly bad and we were unable to resolve a problem with a production-critical service in multiple days. Notifyre was easy to integrate and their customer service fast and brilliant.

Great, they followed up quickly when I had questions and were the only company to follow up with me after my initial enquiry.

Pros

Priced well for small business. Allows multiple users. Good support.

Cons

Some services offered cheaper sms rates, but support and payment options weren't as good.

Excellent, we will be using Notifyre again.

Pros

I really liked the personalised service. I received a call from Notifyre as soon as I set up my account and they talking me through the process. I felt like I had someone to talk to if I couldn't figure something out.

Cons

Having to buy credits. It would be good to just pay for what we used.

Easy to use and set up, flat rate even for a small number of texts

Cons

When setting up the contact list for importing, i had to go through and update all mobile numbers to start with '61' instead of '0'. thankfully, I was provided a formula from customer support which made it quicker.
