Excellent for small business and daily use. Can keep app open and locked all during the workday! Very easy to use and user friendly.

Pros

Tracking, ease of use, value and security of app. Employee management is super easy and I use it the most in this app! Security is easy but very high!

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike about the app as of yet. I'm still a fairly new user to the app but will update if I do.

PERFORMANCE PRO IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND FAST, its easy to understand and fast , allows me to communicate better with others an engage in individual files

NOTHING AT THE MOMENT i thought it to be interesting and even fun to locate files and information . although we are rather small in size I can evolve in its performance to communicate with employees on a personal level

Pros

It is a huge achievement knowing and applying Performance Pro. It has changed my work instantly and effectively. I talk about a software that is easily customizable with easy to understand features. It has kept essential departments on toes to make sure that whatever services they offer gives the desired results.

Cons
