"Modern performance management software "

**Overall:** The software has enabled us to improve employees experience and ensure effectiveness in performance tracking and planning of succession.

**Pros:** The software is straightforward,simple and comprehensive. Pricing of the software is much more affordable compared to other similar products.

**Cons:** The only issue that we have experienced while using this software is ineffectiveness of reminders
