It's easy to use and flexible with my needs. Cons I have not run into a con for Performance Pro since I've recently started using it. Looks like they have a great support line to help though. Cons Would prefer better format to create documents for signature and step 1, step 2 type instructions. When not in use, tend to forget the steps when creating documents for signature. The format is off and misaligned. The tool to setup factors and goals is not easy to figure out. The trainer we had was good giving overall company application but in practice didn't come across clear till i called HRN helpdesk (Jennifer Komarmi) was only one who knew what i was ask and helped so much!! From the initial contact, to set-up, to training, to customer support, it has been one of the smoothest transitions I have experienced. Our managers raved about how much they liked the product and the ease of use. That was very important to us as our management team needed to be on board with this new program and it was an easy sell! Very little training is required for our supervisors to use the product; it's user-friendly. I like the performance and goal pieces; we currently only use the performance piece but I look to incorporate goals in the future. Anytime I've needed assistance customer service has been very helpful.
