Cons I do not feel like the software is very intuitive and it takes a lot of navigating to get to to where you want to be. Our only problem with it is that we do semi-annual reviews and that can cause a lot of confusion and chaos with managers losing their goals, etc. Over the years, however, we try to manage it with lots of communication to decrease any issues. Cons Our company tried different performance review systems until they found the right one. You could do a lot with the system. I don't think that there is anything that they haven't thought of. Their customer support is excellent and their regular webinars are wonderful for making sure that nothing is missed in the process.
