Pros Implementation team only, that's the only time everyone is very helpful... Cons After the implementation team there is NOTHING that I like about this software. July 12, 2016 5.0 Being a new user to Performance Pro earlier this year I was able to work in the system to update/manage current and new employee data and shortly after create a new salary schedule for our Credit Union within a matter of a week.
