We still use the platform all the time and it is extremely user friendly and easy to use. We are happy with the CreatMySignature

Pros

This program is easy to use for e-signing documents. Someone who has never used it would be able to process the signature with little to no issues.

Cons

We have still not had any issues using this platform for our e-signing. It has helped us when clients are not within our building.

Every so often, I need to electronically sign a PDF and I've found this to be one of the easiest platforms to use to do so.

Pros

Its an easy to use document signing platform that has great customer service if you have questions or need help.

Cons

I've not found anything that I don't like about the software. Its simple to use and the customer service is better than most.

I've used the free trial, the basic starter tier and the Business tier. Overall, PandaDoc is so easy to use and I can't even fathom switching back to Docusign or other programs that were far more challenging to setup. The template library, content library, document builder, ease of use have me coming back year after year. It's worth it by a large margin.

Pros

Pandadoc is very user friendly, feature-rich, and straight forward to use. The document builder and content library have saved me much time compared to other signing software. I also love the audit trail, mobile app, reminders, customizable controls, and array of integrations available. It was quick and easy to setup and operate.

Cons

It would be nice if a limited version of the content library was available to the starter pricing tier as there are several features of the mid-tier that I don't actually need but have because I need the content library. Overall, the pricing is my largest struggle however the features are clear winners compared to competitors.

Truthfully, I couldn't figure out how to convert my document into one that could be signed- setup was a nightmare with Docusign and I wasted several envelopes trying to get my document correct. Pandadoc's document builder was an easy win for someone a little technologically challenged.

Straightforward digital signature software to use, I only need to sign a document and this platform let me do it without easily without lengthy signup process.

Pros

Easy to create digital signature from smartphone or computer. Sign digital document and sent it back quickly. No installation needed to start using the service.

Cons

No negative feedback from me. I have use it for more than a year and found nothing that I dislike.

1\. Keep It Simple A simple signature is easier to replicate and remember. Avoid overly complex designs that can be difficult to reproduce consistently. 2. Use Your Full Name or Initials Decide whether you want to use your full name, just your initials, or a combination of both. 3. Practice Consistency.
